Sue Andrew

Sue Andrew, M.A.Ed., NBCT, is a National Board Certified Teacher and has been a member of La Costa Heights Elementary School in the Encinitas Union School District since 2000. During this period, she has principally taught in the first and second grades, and has played key roles in numerous committees.

At La Costa Heights, Sue was a primary player in the introduction of The Leader in Me, FranklinCovey’s student empowerment program based upon The 7 Habits of Highly Effective People. Also, as a consultant for FranklingCovey, she conducted professional development training through Onsite Coaching Days for the staff of new schools implementing this system.

Sue is a Chopra Center certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor and has performed Mantra Instructions for new meditators at their live events. She is also a certified SUP (Stand Up Paddleboard) Yoga instructor.

Sue is the mother of a 15-year old daughter and a 12-year old son.

Stephen W. Moss

Stephen Moss is Chopra Center certified Primordial Sound Meditation instructor. At the Chopra Center, within the Omni La Costa Resort and Spa in Carlsbad, California, he has conducted Introduction to Meditation sessions and taught Mantra Instruction at their live events, and he has led group meditations for their Perfect Health program attendees, resort guests and the general public. He also designs, writes and guides various group meditation series.

Stephen has been a member of the Board of Directors for the Boys & Girls Clubs of San Dieguito and for Kids Korps USA. With Kids Korps, a youth volunteerism and service learning organization, he was also a Chapter Founder and President at La Costa Heights Elementary School in Carlsbad, California.

Stephen has coached a variety of youth sports including baseball through La Costa Youth Organization and Encinitas Little League, basketball through Encinitas Youth Basketball, football through San Marcos Pop Warner, and soccer through San Elijo AYSO.

Professionally, Stephen owns a real estate development services consulting company specializing in design and construction management. He is the father of a 14-year old son and a 13-year old daughter.
